I REALLY appreciated the staff's friendliness and helpfulness! The location IS very nice. Major attractions are just a short walk away. The included breakfast was also GREAT with many choices and FRESH options. It.

The gym NEEDS some attention. It was quite small, and lacked air conditioning.

amazing location friendly staff breakfast variety

i had really good time at this hotel. the location is amazing. it is close to main attractions. the staff are helpful and friendly. the breakfast has variety and good quality. i will recommend it to my friends and family.

the furniture was old. the rooms weren't super clean. i did expect a bit more comfort.

Okay Location, Some Disappointing Room Issues

poor soundproofing shower runoff

The location is acceptable it is close to main attractions.

The rooms were not soundproof I could hear people talking next door. The shower lacked proper runoff the water pooled around the toilet. The suite felt dusty that was unpleasant.

My room featured classical design elements and offered a comfortable stay. I noticed convenient access to public transportation nearby. This made exploring the city very easy. Staff members at the front desk were consistently helpful, especially with directions and local recommendations. The hotel spa had a tranquil atmosphere, I found it a welcome escape after a long day.

The fitness center had limited equipment , it was inconvenient for a complete workout.

Charming Stay Near the Bosphorus

The hotel location is very convenient. Tram stations are very near, as is the ferry point. The Bosphorus is very close and easily accessible. Restaurants are all around. I appreciate the SPA.

The AC not work properly. This make the room slightly uncomfortable at times.
